BLUONICS UV Ballast for 55W 12 GPM UV Water Sterilizer with Smart Flow Sensor Switch

This updated design features an indicator light, an audible alarm, and a smart flow sensor switch to reduce electricity and water consumption. It is compatible with Bluonics 12 and 24 GPM, 55W and 110W UV systems, and can be used to filter well water and other problematic water sources like those from lakes and streams, by working with a UV light.

The unit automatically powers the UV light on and off based on water flow. When there is no water flow, the UV lamp will be turned off. Please note that the UV light and housing are not included with this product.

The water flow direction is indicated on the flow sensor quick-fitting connection, ensuring proper installation.

This design helps prevent the water from getting heated up by the UV light and protects the steel chamber from overheating without water flow. This feature helps save power and extends the life of the UV lamp.

The unit uses a 4-prong connection for the UV bulb, which has the Amazon ASIN B0110LVMMM. The flow switch resolves the issue of water getting heated up by the ultraviolet light, saving power and prolonging the life of the UV lamp.

The unit features a green/red indicator light, which serves as a replacement for the Amazon ASINs B0110LTDDM and B0110LU81I. It is compatible with Bluonics 12 and 24 GPM, 55W and 110W UV systems, as well as the Agua SDE-055-X or QT5-940 and HQUA models.
