In case you find any moisture inside the glass tube, it is recommended to replace the quartz sleeve before changing the ballast. For the Ballast with Smart Flow Sensor, it features a Green/Red Indicator Light and is compatible with Amazon ASIN# B0110LTDDM and B0110LU81I, as well as Bluonics 12 and 24 GPM, 55W and 110W UV, and AGUA SDE-055-X or QT5-940 and HQUA. The Indicator Light serves as an Audible Alarm, providing a visual and audible indication of the system's status. The new updated design includes a Smart Flow Sensor Switch that automatically powers the UV light on and off based on water flow, reducing electricity and water consumption. This makes it a suitable solution for filtering well water and other problem water sources like water from lakes and streams, working in conjunction with a UV light.

The Smart Flow Sensor Switch automatically powers the UV light on and off based on water flow. If no water is flowing, the UV lamp will be turned off, protecting the steel chamber from overheating and preventing the water from getting heated up by the UV light. The water flow direction sign is clearly marked on the flow sensor quick-fitting connection, ensuring proper installation. The ballast's dimensions are 3ft 8" for the inlet cord and 1ft 10" for the outlet, operating on 100-120V AC 50/60 Hz.
