Our BLUONICS water filtration system comes with a 15-Piece Filter Set, designed for both our BLUONICS RO Amazon Item B07144VMD9 and any standard-size reverse osmosis system. This comprehensive set of filters ensures that your water is thoroughly cleansed and polished, providing you with sparkling clean and great-tasting water throughout your home.

The 15-Piece Filter Set includes the following stages:

STAGE 1: Standard Size 2.5"x 10" Sediment Filter - This filter removes particles such as silt, sand, rust, dirt, and other undissolved particles, allowing the subsequent filters to perform more effectively.

STAGE 2: Standard Size 2.5"x 10" Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) Filter - This filter adsorbs and removes bad taste and odors. It also eliminates a large variety of organic contaminants, including chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, trihalomethanes, benzene, and many other volatile organic compounds (VOCs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), among hundreds of other chemicals and contaminants that may be present in your water.

STAGE 3: Standard Size 2.5"x 10" Carbon Block Filter - This filter removes chlorine, bad taste and odor, organic solvents, and organic chemicals that contribute to undesirable taste and odor.

STAGE 4: 50 GPD (Gallon per Day) BLUONICS NSF Certified Reverse Osmosis Membrane - This highly effective membrane removes and filters particles as small as 1/10,000 of a micron, as well as most inorganic chemicals (such as salts, metals, and minerals). It also eliminates most microorganisms, including cryptosporidium and giardia, along with many other inorganic contaminants.

STAGE 5: Standard Size 2"x 10" GAC Post Filter - This final filter polishes and refines the water, removing any residual tastes or odors that may have been picked up while the water was stored in the tank.

The Sediment Filter is the first and most crucial component of the filtration system, as it removes particles that could impair the performance of the subsequent filters. The Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) Filter and the Carbon Block Filter work in tandem to eliminate a wide range of organic contaminants, chlorine, bad taste, and odor, ensuring that your water is clean, fresh, and great-tasting.
